What records should I prepare?

Bring the bookkeeping you already have. A complete set of records helps avoid follow-up questions.

Start with the balances

Prepare your trial balance, profit and loss report, balance sheet, previous accounts and comparative figures. Include opening balances and explain adjustments.

Keep supporting details together

Add fixed-asset and loan schedules, relevant tax notices and evidence for the company's claims. Explain unusual transactions rather than leaving staff to guess.

Choose how to prepare

Enter prepared figures yourself, or upload your existing records for our team to organise and fill a draft. The draft is returned within 24 hours for your review. Staff preparation is not director approval.
